Little effort to log
なかなか良いアプリです。 面倒な記録が嫌な人にはうってつけです。A really good app. Perfect for anyone who hates tedious logging.

でもこの管理アプリに変えてから、ほんとにシンプルに「開始」「終了」だけタップすれば終わるから気が楽になった。ありがとう。But since switching to this tracking app, I feel much more at ease because all I have to do is tap “Start” and “End.” Thank you.
No need to open it every day
生理でつらい時期に毎日記録をするのも面倒なので、生理開始日と終了日、気になることがあればメモくらいのシンプルさがちょうどいいです。Logging every day during a rough period is a hassle, so this level of simplicity — start date, end date, and a memo if something stands out — is just right.
very simple, not make me overwhelmed while record my period
一応毎日書き込みできるメモ欄はついているのですが、タップしないと表には出ない。始まりの日、何日で終わり、周期で何日後にまた来るを自動計算してくれます。There is a notes field you can write in every day, but it stays out of the overview unless you tap it. The app automatically calculates the start date, how many days it lasts, and how many days until the next period.
No ads, articles, or advice
コラムとかはいらないので記録だけつけたいなぁと思っていたところこのアプリを見つけました！シンプルで良いですねI didn't want columns or articles, just to keep records — and then I found this app! Nice and simple.

まさに、求めていたアプリです！ コラムや広告やアドバイスなどの、余計な情報が一切なく、感動しました。また、生理日が遅れたときに「大変！遅れています！！」のような、不安をあおるようなメッセージ等がないのも本当に良いです。This is exactly the app I was looking for! I was impressed that it has none of the extra information, such as articles, ads, or advice. It’s also really good that there are no anxiety-inducing messages like “Oh no! You’re late!!” when a period is delayed.
No sign-up for everyday use
no adds, no registration, no cycle-phases and no unwanted facts about menstruation and stuff, no girly themes, just a calender with start and end date, PERFECTLY MINIMALISTIC and easy to work with :)
앱 너무 깔끔하고 로그인도 필요없어서 진짜 최고에요.. 다른 앱들은 어케 사용해야 하는지 어려웠는데 너무 조아요👍👍The app is so clean and doesn’t require a login, which is really great. Other apps were hard to figure out, but I really like this one 👍👍
다른 것들은 막 로그인도하고 왜하는건지도 모르는 나이인증같은것도하던데 이건 걍 엄청 심플!!! 질문도 진짜 다 필요한 것들만 묻고 너무 조흠!!!!Other apps make you log in and even verify your age without it being clear why, but this one is extremely simple! It only asks questions that are actually necessary, which is great!
Privacy-conscious features
다른 생리 어플들은 개인정보 수집이 필수체크던데 여기는 별다른 가입이 필요없고 데이터 수집 OFF를 할 수 있다는 점도 좋았습니다.Other period apps made personal data collection mandatory, but I liked that this one requires no separate sign-up and lets me turn data collection off.
他の著名アプリはデザインや文体が苦手だったので大変助かりました。 男性に見られても生理アプリとは気付かれないという点でも良いです。 長くサービスを続けてほしいです。応援しています。This has been a huge help because I didn’t like the design or writing style of other well-known apps. It’s also good that even if a man sees it, he won’t realize it’s a period app. I hope the service continues for a long time. I’m rooting for you.
アプリアイコンも線が2本の、ぱっと見では何かわからないデザイン。 アプリを開いた状態も、ぱっと見はただのカレンダーです。The app icon is just two lines, so you can’t tell what it is at a glance. Even when the app is open, it looks like an ordinary calendar at first glance.
Clear calendar, predictions, and notifications
Simple, la versión gratis es un calendario que solo indica cuándo será o ha sido la menstruación, y te avisa unos días antes. Justo lo que quería. Otras aplicaciones tienen demasiadas funciones para mi gusto.Simple. The free version is a calendar that just shows when your period will be or has been, and notifies you a few days before. Exactly what I wanted. Other apps have too many features for my taste.
The minimalist calendar is all I wanted in a period app 😭 none of the other apps compare as well as Simpluna does. It’s simplistic, easy to set up and adjust info as you want… been using Simpluna for a few years now and the only period tracking app I recommend
