DataWhere are my records stored?

Your period records and settings are normally stored on your device. If you enable cloud backup, backup data is also stored on the server.

AccountDo I need to register an account?

Registration or login is not required for everyday use. You only sign in with an Apple or Google account when using cloud backup or data sharing.

Changing devicesCan I transfer my data when I change devices?

Yes. You can import a free manual backup file on the new device, or restore from a free temporary backup that is available for three days. If you use permanent cloud backup, you can restore your data with the same account.

BackupWhat backup methods are available?

Manual backup and a three-day temporary backup are free. Permanent cloud backup, which stores your records without an expiration date, is available as a one-time purchase. A data sharing purchase also includes permanent cloud backup.

PredictionsHow are period predictions calculated?

The app automatically calculates your cycle from your past period records. When there are few records, the cycle length entered during initial setup is also used as a reference. You can change the calculation method to fixed days if you want a constant cycle length.

PlusCan I pause period predictions during pregnancy or other periods?

Simpluna Plus lets you set periods to exclude from predictions, such as pregnancy or treatment. The selected period is excluded from prediction calculations, and predictions are hidden while the pause is active.

PlusIs Simpluna Plus a monthly subscription?

No. Simpluna Plus is a one-time purchase with no monthly or annual payments. Recording periods and viewing predictions are available without purchasing it.

Restoring purchasesCan I use purchased features on another device?

On the same platform, restore your purchase with the Apple or Google account used for the purchase. To move between iOS and Android, create a purchase proof code in the settings and enter it on the new device.

PurchasesAre Simpluna Plus and the other one-time features separate purchases?

Simpluna Plus, permanent cloud backup, and data sharing are separate one-time purchases. Data sharing includes permanent cloud backup. Apple Health and Health Connect integration are included in Simpluna Plus.

Data sharingWhat can I share with data sharing?

You can share period records and predictions with a chosen person. You can choose whether to share memos and custom fields, and set the period of data to share. The other person can view records and receive notifications through the Simpluna app. You can stop sharing in the app settings.

IntegrationsHow does Apple Health or Health Connect integration work?

Simpluna Plus can connect period records with Apple Health on iOS or Health Connect on Android. You can automatically send records, send them in bulk, or import records in bulk from the connected service. You can turn the integration on or off in settings.

NotificationsWhat should I do if I do not receive notifications?

Check the notification settings in the app and make sure notifications for Simpluna are allowed on your device. You can use the test notification in the notification settings screen. If the issue continues, contact us through the in-app inquiry form.

Deleting dataHow can I delete my records?

To delete all records stored on your device, use Data deletion in settings and clear the device data. This deletes records, settings, and the passcode stored on the device. Cloud backup data is not deleted automatically. To delete it, unlink it from the backup settings.
